Franco Fajji is an incredibly versatile Italian musician who as well as having a great voice plays lead and rhythm guitar, harmonica, piano and bass...... and he also writes songs.

Pro musician...
He has worked as a professional musician for many years in his native Italy and around Europe. A trained musician, Franco holds a Music Theory and Solfa Degree from the Music Conservatory of Verona and a Jazz Guitar Degree from the CDM Music School in Milan where he studied under Master Filippo Dacco’ and Franco D’Andrea. He himself has taught guitar at the Civic Music School in Verona and has worked as a session musican in Milan for Polygram-Carosello.

 Four years performing in London...
Just in case all this makes Franco sound too serious, he’s also lived and performed in London for four years and played on the local circuit at venues such as the Roundhouse, The Redback, the Captain Cook and the Half Moon and even the annual Hell’s Angels’ event in Bristol.

John Lennon tribute musician....
His regular stamping grounds are the summer resorts around Lake Garda in northern Italy, where he has occasionally played as a duo with Rod Davis, one of John Lennon’s Original Quarrymen, but he has ventured father afield, to Germany, Holland and Turkey and in 2003 he spent the summer season working in Menorca for the Spanish agency Romantic, where he was able to indulge his love for the Beatles by performing as John Lennon role in the tribute band “Beatles 4ever”.

Magnetic stage presence...
Equally at home playing in a group or as a solo artist, Franco displays a magnetic stage presence which enthralls and bewitches his audience, whether ripping it up with some rock ‘n’ roll or revealing his more sensitive side as a jazz guitarist of exceptional talent.

Musical influences...
Franco quotes his (vocal) musical influences as John Lennon, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran and Little Richard, and Chuck Berry, Chet Atkins and Barney Kessel as his guitar heroes.

Franco is now on Youtube!!!!
